Training and Program Development and Delivery

  • Agency Specific Acquisition Training – Customized or standard acquisition training based on FAR, FAR Supplements, and/or non-executive branch agency acquisition regulations tailored to the individual agency.  Training modules cover the complete contract life cycle from the identification of need to close-out and targeted to Contracting Officers, Procurement Specialist or Analysts, COTRs, program managers, finance personnel, logistics, purchase card personnel, purchasing agents, and ACORs. 
  • Strategic Plan Development, Delivery, and/or Administration – All elements: mission, vision, values, teams, metrics, drivers, funds control, objectives, operations, and SWOT.
  • Project Management Training and Delivery– PMP-track based training for government and commercial personnel.
  • Government Acquisition Training for Commercial Entities – Basics of doing business with the government, overview of the FAR, FAR supplements, or non-executive branch agency (U.S. Senate, House, Courts, SEC, PTO, etc.) regulations, prime contractor terms, conditions, and considerations.
  • Development, Administration, and Delivery of Desktop Guides – Acquisition Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures, Project Management Framework, Strategic Plan.
  • Contract Management Audits (federal and commercial) – Rule 7 file production, Pre-OIG audit file review and inspection to ensure compliance, OIG audit checklist development and enforcement, financial controls review and analysis, contract administration processes and procedures review and analysis.
